East Continues to slide

I would like to see Maestas have more looks at receiving. Can you imagine what he can do with 10 passes thrown his way? Look what he did with one.

I really do not get Coach Jeremy Kane's statement of Pueblo being a blue collar and what this has to do with the game they play. Most of the high schools in the USA are blue collar. It would seem he feels that being in his statute of coaching a white collar team has an excuse if they lose or come close to losing. I say use this as a rally cry and see which Pueblo team plays the Coronado White collars next and run up the board.

"All Pueblo teams are really blue-collar and they're going to come ready to play. It was an ugly win but it's better than a loss," Coronado coach Jeremy Kane said. "East, that is a much-improved football team. Rick and those guys believe and they're tough."
